Write the invoice in Spanish, send it in English
Most invoice apps are in English only, or translate the menus and leave your job names untranslated. Your client then gets a PDF half in Spanish.
Two names per job
The trick is to keep every job in both languages. Kobrado comes with the typical jobs of each trade already translated, and every job you add has a field for its Spanish and its English name.
One tap to switch
You fill the invoice in the language you think in. When you send, you choose the PDF language: English for the client, Spanish for your records or a Spanish-speaking client.
What is translated
Job names, labels (invoice, estimate, subtotal, tax, total, due date) and the payment block. Your business name and notes go as you wrote them.
Questions
Can I send the same invoice in both languages?
Yes, generate the PDF twice, once per language.
Do I have to write the English myself?
Only for jobs you add; the preloaded jobs are already translated.
Kobrado does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You set your own tax rates.
