Get paid with Zelle, Venmo or PayPal as a contractor
The fastest way to get paid is to make paying easy: the client should see on the invoice exactly where to send the money.
Put it on the invoice
Print your Zelle, Venmo or PayPal handle on every invoice, or a payment link with a QR code the client can scan from the PDF. Kobrado prints the ones you set up on every invoice automatically, and stops showing them once the invoice is marked paid.
No middleman
With Zelle, Venmo or PayPal the money goes from your client to you. Kobrado does not process payments, charges no fee and never touches your money. Check each service’s own fees and limits for business use.
Keep the records straight
When the money arrives, mark the invoice paid with the date. Your "outstanding" total should only show what is really unpaid.

Can I show more than one way to pay?
Yes. Set up the ones you use and they all print on the invoice.
Does the QR code work on paper?
Yes. It is printed on the PDF, so it works on screen and on paper.
