Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice
The estimate already has the lines and the prices the client accepted. The invoice should come from it, not from memory.
One tap
In Kobrado, open the accepted estimate and convert it. The invoice gets its own number, today’s date and your default payment term; the lines and prices stay.
Check before sending
Did the scope change on site? Edit the lines. Was there a deposit? Show what was already paid so the invoice asks only for the balance. Add job photos if the client was not there.
After sending
The invoice appears as sent. Mark it paid when the money arrives; the estimate stays in your history.
Questions
Can I invoice part of an estimate?
Yes. Convert it and remove the lines that are not done yet, or invoice the deposit first.
Does the client get both documents?
Only what you send. The estimate stays accepted in your records.
Kobrado does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You set your own tax rates.
