Best free selfie camera app with no ads for iPhone and Android (2026)

Most popular selfie cameras are free to download, not free to use. In the one- and two-star reviews of the three most used beauty cameras over the last twelve months, the top complaint is ads (28% of 636 reviews) and the third is charging for features that used to be free (18%). If an app makes you watch a video to save your photo, it isn’t free.

What a free selfie camera should include: live filters you see before you shoot, adjustable basic beauty, stickers that follow your face, editing for gallery photos, saving without a watermark, and zero ads. It should also state in writing what’s free, so it doesn’t change with the next update.

Selfiva ships that list: 8 live filters, skin, light and eye beauty, 5 stickers, editing and one AI photo trend a day, with no ads and no account. What’s free today is declared on the store listing and on this page.

AI trends change the scene, clothes, light or era of your photo, not your identity; results vary with the selfie you take.
