Write to us and tell us which app you use and what phone you have. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you cancel them in your phone’s store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple’s guide
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel subscription. Google’s guide
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Ask for a refund
- iPhone: Apple decides refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: ask Google first with Google’s refund form. If that does not work, write to us with your order number.
Restore a purchase
New phone or reinstalled the app? Open the screen that shows the plans and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Back up your trips
Millero backs up automatically after every change and lets you save a backup file anywhere. Your trips live only on your phone: if you delete the app without a backup, they are gone. You can also export to CSV for free at any time.
