Questions
Does the price go up as I add products?
No. Other inventory apps charge more the more products you add. Stokea has one flat price with unlimited products, and it is free up to 50 so you can try it for real first.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The camera on your phone scans the barcode to find a product or add a new one.
Can I keep stock in more than one place?
Yes. Locations: truck, shop, warehouse, job. Each movement in, out or sold keeps its note and its history.
What do I get for my accountant or my own records?
Sales and profit for the day at a glance, inventory value at cost and at price, margin per product, a PDF report and an Excel-ready CSV export, in English or Spanish.
Can I bring in the list I already have?
Yes. Import from Excel or from another app’s CSV. Exporting, backing up and restoring is always free, with or without a plan.
Does it sync between two phones?
Not in this version. It is on the list and we will say so when it is out, not before.
