Blood Pressure Log - Sistola

Blood pressure log with a PDF report your doctor can read

BP tracker & diary with a doctor's report PDF in English or Spanish.

Get it on Google Play

You write down the numbers your home monitor shows, and the app turns them into a report your doctor can read: averages, morning versus night, the highest and the lowest, every reading with its notes.

Not in the stores yet

This app is still being built. Write to us and we will tell you the day it is out, with nothing else in between.

Everything the app does

WRITE IT DOWN IN 10 SECONDS

  • Systolic, diastolic and heart rate (pulse), with the time already set.
  • Left or right arm, and what was going on: just woke up, before or after medication, stressed.
  • Big numbers and big buttons. Made for adults 45+ and for the family members who keep the blood pressure log for them.

A BLOOD PRESSURE LOG YOUR DOCTOR CAN READ

  • A clean PDF for any period: averages, morning vs evening, highest and lowest, every reading with its notes.
  • In English or Spanish, one tap to switch. You use the app in your language; your doctor reads it in theirs.
  • Share it by email or message, print it, or save it to Files.

A BLOOD PRESSURE TRACKER WITH A CLEAR CHART

  • Trend for the last 7, 30 or 90 days with daily and weekly averages of blood pressure and heart rate.
  • Each reading shows the public blood pressure category from the American Heart Association, for information only. Not a diagnosis.

FOR YOUR MOM, YOUR DAD, YOUR PARTNER

  • One profile per person, each with its own diary and its own report language.

REMINDERS AND BACKUP

  • Morning and evening reminders, scheduled by your phone.
  • Your readings live only on your phone. Save a backup file wherever you want, export the whole journal to CSV, or delete it all with one tap.
  • No account. No ads. Your health data never leaves your phone and is never sold.

Questions

Does the app measure my blood pressure?

No. Sistola is a log: you enter the numbers your own monitor shows. It is not a medical device, it does not take your blood pressure and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Always talk to your doctor.

How long does it take to write down a reading?

About ten seconds: systolic, diastolic and pulse, with the time already filled in. You can add the arm and what was happening: just woke up, before or after the medicine, stressed.

What does the report for the doctor include?

A clear PDF for any period with averages, morning versus night, the highest and the lowest reading, and every reading with its notes. In English or Spanish with one tap, so you use the app in your language and your doctor reads it in theirs.

Can I keep the log for my mother or my father?

Yes. One profile per person, each with its own log and its own report language.

Where do my readings live?

Only on your phone. No account, no ads, and your health data is never sold. Save a backup wherever you want, export everything to CSV, or delete it all with one tap.

What are the categories it shows?

The public American Heart Association categories (normal, elevated, stage 1 and 2 hypertension), as information only. It is not a diagnosis.

Sistola is a record-keeping app. It is not a medical device, it does not measure blood pressure and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult your doctor.
